Our suppliers and fulfilment

Snout Spirit is a New Zealand-based business. To bring you a wide, well-priced range, we partner with trusted third-party suppliers and print-on-demand partners - some based overseas - who ship your order directly to you. This means delivery can take a little longer than a local-only store, which is why we are upfront about the estimated delivery times below. Order processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

 

New Zealand shipping

Standard shipping is a flat $7.90 NZD, and shipping is FREE on all NZ orders over $75 NZD. Estimated delivery is approximately 6-12 business days after dispatch.

 

International shipping

We ship to Australia and the rest of the world for a flat $24.90 NZD. Estimated delivery is approximately 10-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@snoutspirit.com.

 

Lost or delayed orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch and we will help track it down or arrange a replacement.
