Snout Spirit began with a simple belief: the dogs and cats who run our homes deserve gear that's as thoughtful, comfortable and well-made as anything we'd buy for ourselves. We're a proudly New Zealand-owned pet store based in Cockle Bay, Auckland, and everything we do is built around one goal — helping Kiwi pets live warmer, safer, healthier and happier lives.
Who we are
We're a small, pet-obsessed team on the eastern side of Auckland. Like a lot of pet parents, we grew tired of shops packed with flimsy, forgettable products and confusing choices. So we set out to build the kind of store we always wished existed: a carefully curated range of beds, grooming tools, travel gear, feeders, safety lights, toys and apparel — chosen for real pets and real Kiwi homes, not just to fill a shelf.
How we choose our range
We don't stock everything. We stock the things we'd genuinely put in front of our own dogs and cats. Every product in our catalogue is picked for comfort, durability and everyday usefulness, then written up honestly so you know exactly what you're getting — the materials, the sizing, the care, and who it suits. If a product wouldn't earn a place in our own homes, it doesn't earn a place in the shop.
